    Last April, 2011 I contacted Diabetes. At the time my weight was between 170-175. I am 5’9.
    I am not on insulin, but I take one pill (Metformin) twicw a day (morning and night). There are times my glucose level stays around 120-123 (most of the time). Some say that I am borderline diabetic. Now, before I discovered I had diabetes and after I found out I had it, I was constantly losing weight. I am now down to 150 lbs.and my saelf esteem is shot. I can hardly look at myself in the mirror. I do not have a rabid appetite and I know I should eat more, but sometimes food doesn’t draw me in. However, I eat everything I want when I eat, in any portion I want but monitor my glucose levels and have not experienced a high rise in my levels, because I do take my medicine. I just contacted a weight builder and had a discussion about getting on a program to help me build muscle. But I do not believe that’s gonna be enough and finally, can you direct me to recommended daily diets (Not pictures of foods), but actual meals that I can eat if I go on the muscle gain program. I’m sure I will be on some kind of supplement as well. Any advice you may offer is well appreciated.     My pharmacist and I think that I have lost a lot of weight in the past 2 years because of medicine I take for tremors caused by Parkinson’s.
